The anterior view of a heart autopsy findings with enlarged views of the proximal LAD, circumflex artery, diagonal branch of the LAD, and the proximal right main coronary artery. The proximal LAD shows 90% narrowing of the proximal LAD and 95% narrowing of the proximal stent of the LAD. The circumflex artery displays 90% narrowing of the proximal left circumflex artery and a 50% narrowing of the circumflex stent. The proximal right main coronary artery reveals 75% narrowing and the 1st diagonal branch of the LAD shows 90% narrowing.
