This exhibit shows the anterior view of a patient's right leg prior to surgery. The anatomy of the leg that is highlighted in this exhibit includes the femoral artery, femoral-popliteal bypass graft, and the popliteal artery. The arteries below the popliteal region and the femoral-bypass graft are occluded due to plaque formation which impedes blood flow to the lower right leg, resulting in ischemia.
