This animation shows the anterior and sagittal views of the delivery of twins. In this delivery, the physician creates a Pfannenstiel incision to expose the underlying fascia, muscle, and peritoneum in order to reach the uterus. The physician then inserts their fingers into the uterus to elevate the baby's head towards the opening in the uterus. Fundal pressure is then applied to deliver Twin A through the opening in the uterus.
