Laminectomies, Microdiscectomy, and Bilateral Micro-foraminotomies
Midline incision created exposing the posterior spine, complete laminectomy at L3, L4, and L5 with a partial laminectomy at L2 and S1. Each disc space is examined with a discectomy required at L2-3, then foraminotomies performed bilaterally at each level.
