This exhibit depicts the process of maxillofacial surgery for sleep apnea with corresponding pre-operative and post-operative condition X-rays. Maxillofacial surgery uses Erich arch bars, incision of the gums, mandibular bilateral sagittal osteotomy advancement, genioglossus osteotomy advancement, and maxillary LeFort osteotomy advancement.
