Multilevel Cervical Laminectomy and Fusion Procedure
Removal of the laminae and spinous processes from C3 down to C6. Pedicle screws placed bilaterally at C3, C4, C5, and C6. Rods placed bilaterally. Placement of a flat JP drain in the epidural space.
