Patellar Dislocation Following Excessive Tibial Rotation
Normal action shows as the knee bends and straightens the patella and patellar component track back and forth in the midline between the femoral condyles.
Abnormal action shows as the knee bends and straightens the rotation forces the patellar component up against the lateral femoral condyle causing dislocation.
