Surgical Removal of Dorsal Column Spinal Stimulator
Incision is made over the stimulator generator. Generator is removed. The detached leads are left in the subcutaneous space. Scissors detach the sutures holding the anchors through a lumbar spine incision. Leads are pulled out of the subcutaneous tissue and out of the epidural space.
