The anterior view of an injection of anesthesia prior to surgical excision in an a patient with a schwannoma versus a patient with a tumor mass. The patient with a schwannoma displays the needle penetrating the subcutaneous layer whereas the patient with the tumor mass displays the needle penetrating the radial nerve.
